IMPORTANT INFORMATION
I am situated in Haarlem, the Netherlands.
Packages include traveling cost in Haarlem.
Option 1 of my packages only take place in Haarlem, the Netherlands
Travel 20 km outside of Haarlem is not included in these packages and is charged at 0,35/km from my office.
A 50% non-refundable booking fee is required to confirm the booking.
The balance is payable 2 days before the shoot.
You will receive an online gallery 1 week after the session, you can choose the amount of images your package include and buy extra at €12 per image.
You will receive your images via a download link after you have selected your favourites and I have received full payment.
If you choose a location that charge a shooting fee it will be extra for your account.
You confirm that you have informed the employees of your company of the photography session and they have agreed and given permission to be photographed.
The images stay the property of Vicky McLachlan Photography.
Images taken during the session may be used on social media and my website to advertise my work as an artist.
Prices are including VAT.
If you choose to use a venue or public space for your images it will be your responsibility to make the necessary arrangements and get permission to do so.
I will only proceed with the session once you have agreed to my terms and conditions.
