Maternity Photography
Maternity sessions are best scheduled between 32-36 weeks to ensure that we don’t schedule too close to your due date, but that you are far enough along to have an amazingly full belly to show off! Be sure to contact me by the end of your second trimester to secure availability on my calendar. Your session can take place either in the comfort and privacy of your own home, or on-location depending on the vision you prefer.

I am situated in Haarlem, the Netherlands - Packages include traveling cost in and around Haarlem
Travel 20 km outside of Haarlem are not included in these packages and charged at 0,35/km from my office.
A 50% non-refundable booking fee is required to confirm your booking
The balance is payable 2 days before the shoot
You will receive an online gallery 2-3 weeks after the photo shoot, you can choose the amount of images your package include and buy extra at €12 per image
You will receive your final high resolution images via a download link one week after you have selected your favorites and I have received full payment
Should you choose to acquire the entire gallery, each additional image will be available at a rate of €8 instead of €12
You will receive your fine art album 2 weeks after approving your album design
Please note that some of the locations that we use for photo sessions charge an amount that will be extra for your account
The images stay the property of Vicky McLachlan Photography
Images taken during the session may be used on social media and my website to advertise my work as an artist
I will only proceed with the session once you have agreed to my terms and conditions
